Coopers Beachfront Suites offers luxury accommodations in New Zealand's Northland, close to the northern tip of the country and about 4 hours and 15 minutes north of Auckland. We're not a B&B, but we supply guests with breakfast supplies for their first morning's stay.

Each of our two suites features a kitchenette with refigerator, microwave ovem, toaster, dishes and silverware. We also have a choice of French-press coffee and herbal tea. Our Northland guest suites also have phones for local calls or dial-up internet access, and of course, we supply wifi in both suites.

Each suite has a safe for guest valuables, as well as secure storage space for storing bikes or other equipment.

Our suites also have a dining table for two inside and out on your private lanai. There's a deck umbrella for hot days, and the lower suite also has a bigger lanai and two entrances for easy access - ideal for partially disabled guests - just let us know when you book.

In good weather, use the guest BBQ to cook up your own dinner. We also have laundry facilities available for guest use upon request.

Our lounge is the perfect place to relax, with cable television, dvd cd player, and a great library of books, cd's, dvd's and magazines.

Each morning, we'll drop off the morning paper, so you can keep up with world news and local events. We also supply towels and chairs for the beach.

Our ensuite baths have a shower, heated towel rack, heat lamp and dual-voltage outlet, as well as a hairdryer, iron/ironing board and terrycloth robes.

If you get into Coopers Beach a bit early, drop your bags with us and explore the town. There are so many things to see in the Northland, including:

90 Mile Beach and Cape Reinga: drive to New Zealand's northernmost tip, or take a bus tour.

Check out the village of Mangonui, a historic whaling town.

Enjoy one of New Zealand's best golf courses - the Kaitaia Golf Club, less than an hour from here by car.

Swim and snorkle in Doubtless Bay.
