Sweepstakes Rules
Win free accommodations. The prize will be sent by Registered Mail to the winner, as soon as they notify the sweepstakes sponsors of their acceptance. Recipients are then responsible for making their reservations at the allowed time of their own choosing; as well as for the safekeeping of their tickets.
At the end of the sweepstakes period, one winner will be selected from all the entries on the Internet through the Gay Living Resource, Purple Roofs, Mi Casa Su Casa, Gay Realty Network, and Purple Unions websites. Only those entrants meeting the Conditions (see below) will be eligible for the drawing. Limit one entry per person, multiple entries will be disqualified. Entries will be placed in a random drawing and drawn at Close of Business (5:00 pm CA Time) on April 1st, 2010. The winner will be notified via email.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older. Winners will be asked for proof of age, and that they are residents of the United States or Canada.

Winners will be asked if their names can be used on the Purple Roofs website or in other Purple Roofs materials for publicity purposes. There is no obligation - winners may request that this information be withheld.
5.
The sweepstakes sponsor, at its discretion, may substitute prizes.

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Void where prohibited by law.

Submitting an entry to this sweepstakes, via this page, constitutes acceptance of Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, and you agree to be bound by these official rules.

The winner will receive the prize as listed, subject to availability (there may be certain blackout periods). Prizes can be redeemed anytime after the sweepstakes ends through an April 1st, 2011 start date, subject to blackout dates for some holiday periods, etc. Confirmation will be given on a space-available basis only. Once a reservation has been confirmed, no changes are permitted.

Winners are responsible for transportation to, from, and in the sweepstakes destination. Expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.

The prizes are nontransferable, may not be substituted, and are not redeemable in cash.

By virtue of entering this sweepstakes, the winner agrees to hold forever harmless of any liability whatsoever, the sponsors of this promotion, including their employees, affiliates, parent companies, agencies, and Subsidiaries, for damages that may occur by the acceptance and/or use of this prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or programming, omission, deletion, or equipment failure. If, for any reason, this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes.

Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, or certificates.

Winner must contact us by email to WhereToStay@PurpleRoofs.com within 2 weeks to accept the prize. If the winner has not contacted us by that time, a new winner will be drawn.
