Bruce, the owner of Christchurch Gay Stay, serves a daily continental breakfast, and provides his guests with complimentary tea or coffee all day.

The Gay Stay features king beds, a/c and heating, and optional massage service - Bruce is a trained masseur.

Christchurch Gay Stay is just ten minutes on foot to the central city, where you'll find some great restaurants, fifteen minutes from gay clubs and bars and our local bathhouse, and just five minutes to a public pool, car rental agency, bike rentals, and tennis courts. Christchurch's gay beach is twenty minutes away, and skiing is just an hour away by car.

Bruce also offers a mountain bike for rental, and the Christchurch area has lots of flat trails and streets for easy riding. There are also some great bike trails through the surrounding hills. There's public transport available nearby too.

Christchurch Gay Stay was chosen as the Christchurch Gay Business of the Year in 2006, and Bruce prides himself on helping his guests feel comfortable and relaxed.
