Welcome to the Chestnut Street Inn Bed & Breakfast, our top-notch Asheville Bed and Breakfast in the Chestnut Hill National Historic District.

Chestnut Hill Inn B&B is a grand Colonial Revival home, with the original staircase and a "courting bench", detailed fireplace mantles, tall ceilings and lwide outdoor verandahs.

Inside, guests will enjoy an eclectic blend of furnishings and local artists' work - we're proud of the "Griffin Award" we received for excellence in historic preservation.

When you stay with us, you'll enjoy our comfortable elegance - each of our guest rooms or suites features a private bathroom, wonderful bath amenities, a/c, satellite television, XM radio, wifi Internet, and award-winning chocolates on your pillow at night from The Chocolate Fetish.®

Guests sleep comfortably on beautiful beds with high thread count linens. Several rooms also feature jacuzzi tubs, sitting areas and gas fire places with the original mantles and hearths.

We serve a wonderful 3-course gourmet breakfast each morning - get a jump-start on the day, and then walk into downtown Asheville or the Biltmore Estate (just 3 mlles away) and enjoy everything Asheville has to offer..

Each of our guestrooms and suites has a private bath, fine bath amenities, satellite television, a/c, wireless internet, and XM radio. Some rooms come with Jacuzzi tubs, comfortable sitting areas, and gas fireplaces to keep you warm on a chilly North Carolina winter evening.

Before you go to sleep, relax for awhile in a jumbo rocking chair on one of our beautiful porches beneath the stars. Read a good book, or play a game with some of our other guests. Then slip into bed and enjoy a deep, full night’s sleep in the cool, fresh mountain air.

The house is an architectural marvel, filled with some of the area’s best indoor woodwork, high ceilings, finely detailed fireplace mantles, all sure to take you back in time. Our Asheville Bed & Breakfast is decorated with local artwork and breathes understated elegance - there are no doilies here.

POLICIES

Deposit:
A 50% deposit (100% for a single night reservation) is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation:
Deposit is refundable, less a $30 cancellation fee per room, if notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to arrival date. Notification must be made by telephone or in person. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Early departure falls within the cancellation policy.

3:00 - 6:00 PM (If arriving after 6:00 PM, prior arrangements are required)
