The home has one additional one bedroom residence that is the manager's residence, but the pool, jacuzzi and deck are for your use only.

Our Manuel Antonio vacation rental home also features a full kitchen, with all appliances and coffee maker, blender, tableware, utensils, and more.

The home also has a television, a DVD player, stereo system, and high speed wireless internet access. You can also make free calls to the US and many European countries.

We plan to renovate the house in the summer of 2007, expanding it to create a luxurious, all-inclusive villa. By December, 2007, the Villa will include five luxury suites for a total of 3,500 square feet of living space, large enigh to host a group of up to 10 friends or family.

In the meantime, the home is a great value, with fantastic views, great services and amenities equal to any larger home.
