The house's signature cupola (spelled "cupula" in Spanish, hence the house name) holds a king-sized bed in romantic splendor. Giant french doors open up to a huge private terrace with teak furnishings , an incredible view of Banderas Bay and your very own outdoor Jacuzzi from which to enjoy the view. A half bath is on this floor.

To make a reservation send email to us using the link at left with the dates you’re interested in and any room preferences and we’ll let you know what’s available. We’ll send our reservations form which, unfortunately, you need to fill out, sign and fax back to us to indicate your understanding of our cancellation policy. We will confirm your reservation upon receipt of your 50% deposit, which you can make either on our website (see “Make a Payment” to the left), using your credit card or e-check, or you can mail in a check.

| Deposit: |
On check-in, you will be asked to leave a credit card authorization or cash deposit of $200. This is fully refundable at check-out (or may be applied to your bill) as long as there are no room damages.

| Cancellation: |
A $50 service charge will apply to all cancellations. Your deposit is refundable, less the service charge, up to 4 months before the beginning of your stay. Between 4 months and up to 45 days before, 50% refund of the deposit is refundable on cancellation, less the service charge. NO REFUNDS ARE MADE FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 45 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION.
