Casa Tucan is a Puerto Vallarta vacation rental condo in the beautiful Villa Blanca condominium building, designed by Mexican architect Diego Mendez De La Penas. Villa Blanca is also known as the Piano Building, and sits in the Zona Romantica, with wonderful Banderas Bay views.

Each of Villa Blanca's condos is privately owned. The building is secure, and is managed by fluent English speaker. There's also daily maid service, and a nighttime security guard.

Our Puerto Vallarta vacation rental condo, Casa Tucan, is a large one bedroom, two bathroom suite, with more than eight hundred and fifty square feet of living space in a quiet, secluded side of the building. It's ideal for both weekend getaways and longer term vacation rentals.

Casa Tucan includes a full kitchen with everything but an oven where you can prepare your own meals and store groceries from the local market. There's also a dining area near the balcony doors, where you can enjoy breakfast with the fresh ocean breezes.

The terrace faces out over Banderas bay and the Pacific Ocean, and is the perfect place to watch the sun set over the water. Casa Tucan is the only one bedroom in the building with a sunset-facing terrace.

The living area has two large couches, each long enough to sleep one adult, and is filled with natural light during the daytime.

There's also a private bedroom with a king bed. Both bathrooms have big tiled showers.

Villa Blanca has a lovely pool at the building entrance, where you can cool off on a hot Vallarta day. The building also offers a rooftop terrace where you can sunbathe, relax with friends, or just take in the panoramic bay and downtown Puerto Vallarta views. There's also a Mexican grill and an outdoor bar and kitchen area for guest use on the rooftop.

Playa Los Muertos, Puerto Vallarta's gay beach ad home to the Blue Chairs, Green Chairs, and now the Orange Chairs (gay hangouts on the beach) is just 100 steps down the hill from the Villa Blanca building. You'll enjoy beach cafes, people watching, and lots of sand and surf.

Casa Tucan, our Vallarta condo, is in the Zona Romantica in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, close to everything the Old Town and Olas Altas areas have to offer, including shops, nightclubs and great restaurants.
