The villa features two huge, air-conditioned great rooms, wide protected terraces, and an open, tropical courtyard and pool. The pool area has hammocks and outdoor furniture - kick back with a good book after a swim in the refreshing pool. There's also an outdoor shower.

Our Manuel Antonio villa offers more than 6,000 square feet of living space, with four separate living areas, each with a/c, full kitchen, sitting areas, and wonderful Pacific Ocean views. The villa also has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, and can sleep twelve to eighteen guests.

Kitchens at Casa Tolteca include ovens, microwaves, blenders, coffee makers, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. Feel like barbequing? We also have gas grills on the property.

The living areas have cable television, DVD players, and there's a DVD library on site for guest use. There are also room safes to store your valuables.
