COMFORTABLE RIVIERA MAYA CONDOS IN A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN
Sheltered behind a gated limestone wall lies a tropical garden of palm, banana and coconut trees and vibrantly clolored flowering bushes; a garden that blends into the open space of the central courtyard where guests are lulled by the sounds of the murmuring breeze and the burbling fountain waters. The house contained within this serene setting is comprised of one and two bedroom suites, available as such or combined into a three bedroom townhouse for larger groups. Each of the apartments are distinctively furnished and accented with antiques, folk art and fine art. Each has satellite TV and wireless access, comfortable kitchens and dining facilities. All the rooms are spacious, with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The upper floors have palapa covered balconies where guests can relax in the cooling breeze and enjoy the garden view. This year we have added a new fitness room with treadmill, weight, elliptical and rowing machines.
Conveniently located near the entrance to Yalku Lagoon on one side and the entrance to the beach on Half Moon Bay on the other, the house faces a natural wooded park across a quiet lane away from the traffic and bustle of the main beach road. The rooftop terrace garden of coconut palms, cactus, yucca and agave plants affords a vista of North Akumal, the jungle and the sea, and some of the most glorious Caribbean sunsets.
Akumal lies at the heart of the Riviera Maya on the Caribbean Coast of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsular, surrounded by ocean reefs and underwater caves: a diver's paradise. World class golf is three miles away and within an hour are nature parks, cenotes, and important archeological sites. Day trips will take you to Chichen Itza, World Heritage Site, Rio Lagartos, famous for its flamingoes and whale sharks, Punta Laguna with its howler and spider monkeys, the colonial city of Valladolid with Casa Venador, housing the largest collection of Mexican Folk Art outside Mexico City, and Siann Kann Biosphere Reserve where one can float down ancient Mayan waterways through the protected jungle environment.

Up until one month before the start of the reservation, twenty five percent (25%) of the initial deposit is refundable. At one month before the reserved date the fifty percent deposit (50%) is not refundable. At the discretion of the owners the deposit may be applied to a later reservation.
