Welcome to Casa Fabulosa, a special Puerto Vallarta vacation rental condo perched on the base of a beautiful tropical mountain in a quiet residential neighborhood, just half a block from of Puerto Vallarta's best beaches.
Our Vallarta condo offers wonderful ocean and mountain views directly over the building in front of us (which also buffers most of the beach noise), and sweeping west-facing panoramic views of lovely Banderas Bay. The Mexican sunsets are breathtaking, as is the view from our two private balconies.
Casa Fabulosa is a corner unit with great night views of Puerto Vallarta from each of our rooms.
Guests will also enjoy our lushly landscaped patio with extra large sliding glass doors opening out to the bay. There's a constant fresh breeze, great cross ventilation throughout the condo, and the peaceful sound of the waves crashing on the beach nearby.
Our Puerto Vallarta vacation rental is an easy walk (four short flights of steps down to lower garden gate; two flights up to top entrance/arrival lobby/panoramic shared terrace and pool) to a number of boutique shops, restaurants, and nightclubs in the heart of Viejo Vallarta.
Our guests come back again and again because of the special quiet location, the dramatic views, and the romantic atmosphere.
You won't need a car and rarely will need a taxi. Vallarta's best beaches just steps away, as is all the nightlife in the center of town. Unlike other places in the heart of Old Town/Viejo Vallarta, our area is quiet and peaceful, and offers amazing views.
Casa Fabulosa is also completely furnished and equipped like a home. There are granite countertops, oriental rugs, travertine marble flooring, oil paintings from Bali and the Pacific, and many other great amenities you'd expect to find in an elegant home but not in an average rental property. There are 400 thread count linens, a pillowtop mattress and an extensive DVD/CD library, all for your enjoyment and comfort.
Once we confirm your stay, we'll send you great detailed notes on things to do, including great restaurant suggestions and ideas on day trips. Please note - during peak periods, you'll need to book well in advance, so make your reservation early.

We will hold space without a deposit, but request full payment in 90 days prior to arrival. Please remember in peak periods this property books up one year in advance, so it is essential to book early. Peak Season October 1-May 1 (extra charges apply for certain holiday periods). Low Season reate includes high speed wifi, cable, and all taxes and fees.
Cancellations:
Should your plans change, please inform us as early as possible. We do not charge cancellation fees, but need to know as soon as your plans change so we can accommodate other guests.

3PM. Main turnover date is on Saturday. However, we will do our best to accommodate your flight schedules and preferred travel dates, and make exceptions to these policies wherever possible.
