Casa Del Sol is a two bedroom, two bath home, less than one block from Santiago Square - within walking distance of everything in Historic El Centro. The original building seems to date back to the 1860's, but the current owner has updated the whole house, from top to bottom.

The main house includes a large living, dining and kitchen area. The home also has a pool and a roof-top terrace. This space is perfect for entertaining and is accented by architectural arches and columns as well as custom tile work flooring.

Behind the main house is the central courtyard, with a pool and lush tropical landscaping. On the far side of the garden is the home's master suite. This private suite has its own bath and a very large walk in closet which is so rare in Merida.
