Casa Del Sol is a two bedroom, two bathroom home located less than one block from Santiago Square - this location is within walking distance to everything in Historic El Centro. The original structure seems to date back to the 1860s but the current owner has updated everything from top to bottom.

The main house includes a large living, dining and kitchen area. The home has a pool and roof top terrace. This space is designed for entertaining and is accented by architectural arches and columns as well as custom tile work flooring.

Behind the main house is the central courtyard that features a pool and lush tropical landscaping. On the far side of the garden is the master suite. This private suite has its own bath and a very large walk in closet which is so rare in Merida.
