SOUTHERN ARIZONA ROMANTIC BED & BREAKFAST FOR NATURALISTS
Casa de San Pedro Bed & Breakfast, located on the banks of the San Pedro River, is a bird watchers paradise. The modern territorial hacienda is designed to replicate the old inns of Spain and Mexico. Our facility is highlighted with Mexican hardwood furnishings with hand carved embellishments that add an elegant touch to the setting.
We have ten comfortable guestrooms, each with a private bath with shower. Each room features elegant linens in tasteful and relaxing colors that match our southwest setting and themes. Each room also has a table and chairs just outside your window on the courtyard walkway. Guests enjoy sitting by the courtyard and savoring the afternoon light with a glass or wine and cheese or their own dinners. We also feature the art from local artists hanging in each room
Casa de San Pedro B&B has central courtyard with fountain and flowers (and birds and butterflies!). All Guest Rooms surround the courtyard and feature hand carved Mexican furniture, each with a private bath, and each offers either a king size bed or two double beds.
Each of our guest rooms is entered from a covered patio where guests can relax in an authentic Mexican patio set and enjoy the fountain and the vegetation that has been selected to attract hummingbirds into the courtyard. All rooms are air conditioned with individual controls for your personal comfort. Every room has a telephone for your convenience, and high speed internet access is also available via WiFi or with the guest computer (and printer) in the Great Room.
Fragrant shade grown coffee and herbal tea greets you each morning in our Dining Room, where you will be served a full gourmet breakfast, with fresh baked goods, Casa entrees, fruit, juice, and coffee or tea. (We will be happy to accommodate your special dietary requirements. Please let us know about your needs when you check-in.)
The breakfast gathering provides a unique opportunity to meet other guests, get tips on local hikes, where to find the best wildlife habitats or gain information on the area and its rich history. Casa de San Pedro B&B also provides afternoon home baked pies, snacks and assorted beverages.
The Great Room provides an opportunity to read, complete a diary, plan your next hike, update your bird list to include several new "life birds", research birds on the computer or just relax by the fireplace. You may prefer to just look out the large windows and enjoy the beauty of the purple mountains which surround the inn all around.
We also have wonderful Arizona weather, Casa de San Pedro B&B has a Ramada with a gas barbecue which guests are welcome to use for relaxing dinners under the stars.
A Gift Shop has many nature-related and unique gift items for friends or a memento of your trip. Selected birding, hiking and personal accessories are also available.
The inn is designed as an excellent retreat for management planning teams, business and professional groups, clubs, organizations and reunions.

Deposits:
We collect an advance payment of either the first night's room charges or of 50% of the estimated room charges for longer stays, whichever is greater. Reservations will be held for seven days pending receipt of an advanced payment for half of the estimated room fees.
Cancellations:
When you make your reservation you are guaranteeing your use of the room and payment in full for the reservation, whether you arrive for your reservation or not. Our cancellation policy provides a full refund of your advance payment if notice is made at least 30 days prior to the reservation date, less a $25.00 service charge. No refunds are made if the reservation is cancelled with less than 30 days notice. Guests are responsible for paying the full room rate if no cancellation is made.
Check-In:
4-6 PM Prior arrangements can be made for early or late arrivals. For arrivals prior to 2:00 pm we charge a $20.00 premium.
Check-Out:
11 AM For check-outs after 12:00 noon, we charge a $20.00 per hour premium for each additional hour or portion of an hour. Guests who have not checked-out by 3:30 pm will be charged a full extra night's lodging.
Pets:
Due to insurance restrictions we are no longer able to accommodate pets. We can provide you with information about local kennels if you need to travel with your pet.
Smoking:
Smoking is never permitted in guest rooms, nor in any of our inside areas nor in the courtyard. We do permit smoking outside of the building in a designated smoking area that is over 20' from the entrance to the building. Guests who do not adhere to this policy will be charged a $ 500 cleaning fee for each incident or day that a guest chooses to violate this policy, and they will be asked to find other accommodations.
