Come stay at Casa Cubuy Ecolodge - in Puerto Rico's El Yunque rainforest. From our front door, you can wander along trails that lead to the Cubuy and Icacos Rivers. Stroll thru our jungles of bamboo, palms and fern trees, and listen to the birds above.

Our waters are clean enough to drink and wonderfully cool - take a dip in a beautiful pool or play under a waterfall - you can hear them from your bedroom at night. And the El Yulie Rainforest has no poisonous snakes - just tree frogs, birds and lizards.

We're well known for our great fresh fruit breakfast - we serve it at 9 AM every morning - join our other guests and get to know each other. We also provide a well-stocked honor bar in the common area, with an assortment of drinks and snacks. If you'd like., you can order a picnic lunch too.

If you're not feeling adventurous, you can just relax on the front porch. Or get out of the jungle a bit and travel to to Fajardo and snorkel in the daytime, or kayak in the bio bay at night.

Casa Cubuy is a wonderful, peaceful place where you can enjoy the wonder of the rain forest that surrounds you. Take in the sun on wide granite slabs and boulders worn smooth by eons of cascading waters. Ease into a natural jacuzzi and let the water gently massage away your stress. Or relax in one of our hammocks on the verandah with a good book. You can even explore our prehistoric Indian rock carvings.

Casa Cubuy is on a hillside on the south side of the mountain, away from the El Yunque Rainforest's busier north side. We're just a short walk uphill to the new El Yunque National Forest recreational facility, where interpretive guides may offer forest hikes.
