Casa Azul sits high above the Pacific Ocean, your home away from home in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica.

The villa has three bedrooms in the main house, with queen- and king-sized beds. There's also a fourth bedroom with a full bathroom on the house's lower level. The villa sleeps up to 8, and is furnished with all the modern amenities, including dish television and DVD player. Rooms also feature large, fluffy towels, bed linens, a/c, and bath products.

Relax by the infinity pool, overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the daytime and the beautiful lights of the town of Quepos at night. Grill up something for dinner on the pool deck for dinner, or hire a chef to prepare your meals - we can arrange this for you.

Casa Azul is in a gated community, not far from the town of Quepos and only a mile away from the famous Manuel Antonio National Park, a diverse tropical park, with spectacular beaches, lush jungles with monkeys and hundreds of species of birds, sport fishing in the ocean, and many other outdoor activities.

Casa Azul is rented out on a weekly basis, and is professionally managed, with daily maid service. We'll also pick you up at the Quepos airport, and give you a tour of the area and our local beaches. The area is very hilly, though, and most people do rent a car for their stay.

POLICIES

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% must be included with your Rental Agreement. The balance (plus a $500 damage deposit quickly refunded to you after your departure) must be received no less than two weeks before your arrival, or the computer automatically cancels your reservation.

Cancellation:
Cancellations received 60 days or less from the scheduled arrival date will not receive any refund (except for refund of the damage deposit). Cancellations received more than 60 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations of Christmas, New Years or Easter periods.
