Welcome to Casa 69, our gay owned Costa Rica bed and breakfast in San Jose. Our house was originally built by one of San Jose's most prominent families in 1938, and we've recently renovated the house, maintaining the character of this beautiful single family home.
We're just four blocks east of the National Museum, just ten minutes on foot from the center of town. You can walk to all museums and attractions, including the National Theater, Jade Museum, Plaza de la Cultura, Simon Bolivar Zoo, and many great restaurants, bars of all kinds and casinos.
While you're here, relax on our rooftop deck, or use our wifi internet access to catch up on email on your laptop.
Our Costa Rica B&B includes a living room, dining room, sundeck and courtyard are used by our guests to relax, meet friends or have an afternoon coffee.
We serve a free tropical breakfast on the garden patio every morning from 7-10 am. You'll enjoy exotic fruit juices, french bread, local preserves, and fresh tropical fruit. In addition, you can order from our breakfast menu for an additional charge.
Each of our guest rooms is different: standard room with one queen bed, junior room with one queen bed, room with one king bed or a room with two queen beds and a terrace.
