We offer fourteen guestrooms of varying sizes and amenities - from large rooms with private bathrooms, refrigerators, microwaves, a/c and more to simpler comfortable rooms with shared single occupancy bathrooms. All of our guestrooms are completely private, clean and comfortable.

There's also a central living room that's open for all of our guests, where you can watch TV, read, or hang out with other guests. There's also a service area with free coffee, tea, refrigerator and microwave oven. Please note, we don't provide alcoholic beverages or mixers.

You'll enjoy views of beautifully landscaped and flowered yards from almost every room.

We even have a private, clothing optional sundeck for our Naturist guests!

When you first arrive at our Provincetown guesthouse, we'll give you a full tour of the house, and we'll also give you information on all the town activities, shows, beaches, etc.

Who stays at Carl's? All adults of any age are welcome, and our guests come from all around the world. Carls is ideal for travelers who are gentler, friendly, and easy going, and NOT into heavy drinking or drugs. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you want - we want to be sure you are going to be comfortable with the environment we offer. All of our guests are given keys and are free to come and go in quiet comfort.
