All cancellations are subject to a $25 per room cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 10 full days prior to arrival date will be charged a fee equal to one night's stay or 50% of the reserved stay, whichever is greater, unless the room(s) can be rebooked. Additional policies apply to group reservations of three rooms or more.
