Reservations:
Cancellations subject to a $35 per room cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 full days prior to arrival date will be charged a fee equal to one night's stay or 50% of the reserved stay, whichever is greater, unless the room(s) can be rebooked. 30 days cancellation notice is required for some holidays and special events. We have a 2 night minimum for most weekends, and a 3 night minimum for most holiday weekends and Saturdays from June through October.
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of $40.00 per room is required to secure any reservation.. All room rates are subject to a 14% transient occupancy tax per night.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made prior to 14 days of your arrival date the $40.00 deposit will be applied as the cancel fee. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival you will forfeit the deposit and one room night payment. Reservation Changes made prior to 14 days of arrival are subject to approval of the innkeeper. Early departures will be charged for full amount of original reservation. Room rates posted are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

3:00-8:00 pm. Should you arrive early, please feel free to call us and we will be glad to notify you as soon as your room will become available for check-in… Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. MUST make prior arrangements with our reservations staff to ensure access to your room

Candlelight Inn Napa Valley was developed for an adult clientele seeking a tranquil atmosphere, and is therefore unsuitable for children under 18 years old. The maximum number of guests per room is two adults.

We are not able to accommodate pets.
Smoking:
We are a smoke free property. Smoking is not allowed in any guestroom, deck, balcony or public areas. If it is determined a room is unusable due to smoke damage a $300.00 fee will be collected.
