Brickfield Hill Bed & Breakfast Inn is a small, friendly guesthouse in Sydney's historic Surry Hills, a popular residential and restaurant area immediately adjacent to the city centre.

Crown Street, Oxford Street, Chinatown and Darling Harbour are minutes away on foot, and Sydney Harbour and the city's famous Opera House can be reached by means of a leisurely stroll past historic buildings and through some of Sydney's most beautiful parks and botanic gardens.

Only a little further afield and accessible by a short ride on public transport are Sydney's justly renowned harbour and ocean beaches.

Surry Hills is superbly located to take advantage of Sydney's public transport system of buses, trains, trams and ferries. Reasonably priced taxi services are also readily available from Brickfield Hill and our guests rarely feel the need to hire a car.

The four guest rooms of Brickfield Hill B&B Inn are located on the third and fourth storeys, and each enjoys a pleasant view of the city skyline or local 19th century terrace housing.

Care has been taken to imbue each room with its own ambience. This is achieved through the variation of Victorian colour schemes and furniture.

Each bed in the guest house is an original Victorian four poster or half-tester and has been treated to suit the period.

Floors are treated with oriental rugs and especially crafted floorcloths, customarily used in the 19th century.
