At the Bradford-Carver House, you'll surely enjoy your stay in any one of the inn's guestrooms. Our rooms are just perfect for those who seek the charm of a guesthouse, each with its own special touch, where fabrics are coordinated to perfection.

Our charming, smoke free guesthouse offers guests tastefully appointed rooms with private baths (terry robes, hair dryers and bathroom toiletries), antiques, air conditioning/central heating, color cable TV, VCR, refrigerator and a phone with voicemail and data port. Some rooms have a fireplace, ceiling fan, two entrances, electric wall sconces, crystal chandelier and a tub with overhead shower. We also offer a wide variety of movies in our video cassette library (over 900), daily housekeeping, free parking, beach towels and rain umbrellas. A complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning consisting of freshly baked muffins or cakes, juices, fruit (in season), coffee and tea for you to enjoy outside on the patio, or in our common room, where guests are welcome to relax and read or just enjoy each other's company.

POLICIES

Reservations:
An advance deposit of 50% of your entire stay is required within 7 days of your initial booking. If your deposit is not received within 7 days, your reservation will not be considered confirmed, Confirmation will be mailed once deposit is received.

Cancellation:
If your reservation is cancelled more than 21 days prior to your arrival your advance deposit will be returned less a 10% processing fee from the total amount of the reservation. Deposit on reservations cancelled 21 days or less prior to your arrival date, last minute cancellations, earlier than scheduled departures, late arrivals or shortened stays are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the room for the entire stay. There is a 10% processing fee from the total amount of the reservation on all cancelled reservations.
