Blue Door Guest House for Women is a cozy, non-smoking, furnished basement apartment with a fully-equipped and well-stocked kitchen, large living room, closed bedroom with a double bed, a small meditation/office room, full bathroom, and access to our lovely garden where you can relax in a hammock and read a book in summer!

Our neighbourhood and nearby attractions - We are located in the lovely, quiet neighborhood of Villeray, just north of the hip “Le Plateau”, and a stone’s throw from all services (supermarket, bakery, post office…) as well as public transportation: Jarry metro station, the St. Laurent bus line or Highway 40 – the Metropolitain.

You’ll love shopping for fresh produce or Québec gifts at the famous farmers’ market – Le Marché Jean-Talon, strolling through Little Italy or the Asian market, sipping tea or coffee at a fair trade / internet cafe, eating out at one of the many multi ethnic restaurants, picking up fresh baked Portuguese bread or pastries, or checking out the bargains at the nearby Marché Central shopping complex, the Rockland Mall or the Chabanel manufacturing outlets, or catching a film at the Guzzo Mega-Plex theatre.
