Ten beautiful guest houses close to the center of Provincetown, just a short walk to art galleries, great night life, and Cape Cod beaches.

The Black Pearl Inn was originally built as a sea captain's house by Captain Higgins more than 150 years ago, and has been fully restored. We have off-street parking for guests, and the Black Pearl is also a great place for your romantic wedding ceremony.

Each of our gorgeous guest rooms has a private bathroom, a/c, and many have fireplaces as well. Our rooms are uniquely decorated with the work of local Provincetown and Cape Cod artists, and have televisions and VCR's.

We also welcome pets (for a small fee). There's also a hot tub on the property.

We serve guests a continenta breakfast each morning, and wine, cheese, and crackers each afternoon. We also host a barbeque on Saturdays in the summertime.
