Cancellations or changes made 14 days (30 days for multiple room reservations) prior to arrival date: The advance payment will be promptly refunded, or the change made, for a fee of $50 per room OR we will hold the payment at full value for a future visit within one year of cancelled arrival date. Current room rates apply. Cancellations or changes made less than 14 days (30 days for multiple room reservations) prior to arrival date: Guest will be charged for the entire length of the reservation unless the room(s) can be booked with new guests.
