Each guesthouse has one or two bedrooms, separate living/dining areas and fully equipped kitchens... some with dishwashers and in-unit laundry facilities.

Beach Place Guesthouses is a great place to gather. We strive to create an environment of sharing, laughter and connecting with family and friends.

We provide complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, Bocce ball, croquet, basketball court and beach volleyball. Both gas and charcoal grills are also available.

Three oceanfront decks are available for gathering, tanning or just contemplating life.

POLICIES

Deposit:
Deposit equaling the cost of one night will guarantee a reservation.

Cancellation:
Reservations must be cancelled 7 days in advance for a refund of deposit. Holiday reservations must be cancelled 14 days in advance. Special events (weddings, commitment ceremonies and family reunions), multiple and extended stay room reservations require a 30 day notice of cancellation. We'll make every effort to rebook the room/s avoiding this fee. In all cases, a $25.00 administrative fee will be assessed per room.
