Slip out of your four-poster bed in the late morning to the sound of the ocean waves, and take your coffee out to the balcony, where you can luxuriate in the ocean view and breathe the fresh air of the Bolinas Mesa. The hardest decision you'll face is what to do on this beautiful day on the  Pacific Coast.

Our cabin is just an hour north of San Francisco, and we welcome our guests with ocean views, beach walks and the comforts of home.

The Beach House is a light and airy knotty-pine cabin, which beckons you with a water view and cool ocean breezes. Denim-covered couches provide the perfect place to settle in with a stack of magazines or a good movie.

Whether you choose to cook your own meals, or explore our local cuisine, our fully-equipped kitchen will make you feel at home.

Our bedroom offers an extra-high four-poster queen bed. You can luxuriate in our soft cotton sheets and listen to the ocean and the trees whispering softly outside. The second bedroom has a nautical theme and a double bed, and is a cozy haven-by-the-sea.

If the day os cold, start a fire in the potbelly stove and sit back to enjoy the flames.

The Beach House has been recently updated, with all new flooring, appliances, interior paint, Anderson windows, new carpet and a new bathroom. We provide our guests with towels, freshly made beds, firewood, a full kitchen, a 42" LCD Television, Satellite, VCR/CD/DVD, and DSL.

Downtown Bolinas offers a number of attractions for the visitor. There's nothing quite like downtown Bolinas, just ten minutes away by car drive from the Beach House. The sixties are alive and well here as locals, surfers and craft vendors keep the three-block stretch of historic buildings colorful and relaxed.

There are a handful of shops and restaurants, a grocery and na atural foods store, a video store and a the local museum.

West Marin also offers visitors many opportunities, including miles of beaches (one five minutes from the Beach House), trails, horse pastures and the beautiful Bolinas Lagoon. Nearby towns of Point Reyes, Stinson Beach and Inverness offer award-winning restaurants along with small galleries, shops and off-the-beaten-path discoveries.
