Bubba & Bean Lodges offers affordable accommodations at our New York City guesthouse. All rooms are comfortably furnished and all are fully equipped with PRIVATE kitchens and baths. All that is missing is you!

When you arrive at BB Lodges - do not expect a hotel atmosphere, but instead a home to call your own when visiting New York. All 12 studios are located at our townhouse in Manhattan.

Since there are only 2 innkeepers/ owners we value each guest, and give them the hospitality they require. Both Jonathan & Clement have extensive backgrounds in the hospitality field. From working, to managing and consulting in hotels; they have carried their extensive knowledge into their own business.

Jonathan & Clement love what they do, so to say that they are in this business to make money is far from the truth. They live very simple lives and value it this way. Their wealth comes from how they feel about their guesthouse, and their guests' happiness.

Our guest house is located in a residential area, one block from the police station and the fire station. Our neighbourhood is very safe, and very quiet at night. This is because we are located in a resential area.

In our area there are a lot of ethnic (Spanish, Italian, American etc.) restaurants, there is one that I can recommend that is great on the corner. We are 2 blocks from central park, and 4 blocks from the Museum mile. And the subway is one block away - it takes you to Central Manhattan in approx. 5 minutes.

We are located on 101 Street. Which is not far from Central Manhattan which is on 59th street. (5 - 8 minutes by subway or 15 - 20 minutes walking with great sightseeing along the way)

There is also great shopping on 86th street (within walking distance). On 59th you have the Major malls and brand name stores. 2nd avenue below 100th street boast unique and affordable resturants, (approx. 5 minute walk), from Irish, Germany, American, Italian, Indian resturants to and assortment of fusion cusine resturants.

So make BB Lodges you choice of accommodations while in New York - as Jonathan & Clement are more than happy to accommodate you.

A 25% - 50% non refundable deposit is required for all reservations. This deposit is not refundable due to the high demand for all apartments. An invoice will be sent via email with a link to enter your payment information securely. Balance due is payable at check in.
