Averon Guest House is an Edinburgh bed and breakfastin the capital of Scotland, close to the Kings Theatre and Edinburgh Castle.

Our central location in the West End of the city is close to the famous shopping centre of Princes Street, the premier shopping street in Scotland. Nearby, you'll also find many good restaurants, theatres and the Usher Hall, the main concert hall in the city. We're also just a five minute walk from the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, in the main financial district of the city.

We offer a good value B&B accommodation, with private car park, just ten minutes' walk to Edinburgh Castle . Our Georgian townhouse is located in a residential area in the south side of the centre of Edinburgh.

A full Scottish or Continental breakfast await you, served with a warm welcome.

Averon offers bed and breakfast accommodations and excellent facilities and is a historic listed building, originally built in 1750. Behind the house, you'll find a beautiful garden, well stocked with herbs and fruit trees. The garden also dates back to 1750, and is one of the oldest gardens of its type in the city.

The home is a good example of a Georgian townhouse villa, of which you can find many examples throughout Scotland and northern England. The house is fully restored, but retains its original character and style.

The Averon Guest House has 14 guestrooms, 8 of which are ensuite. The rooms are on the ground and first floors. There iare double, twin, family and single rooms, nicely decorated and furnished. Our rooms are all centrally heated.

Some of our rooms have a view over the back of the guest house over our gardens, stocked with numerous herbs and fruit trees - a peaceful haven which guests are invited to use and relax in after a busy day exploring the city.

Each of our rooms also has a colour television and tea making facilities.
