Our Puerto Rico vacation rental is near all the great places to eat, things to do, and amenities in San Juan. Our vacation rental is in a seven unit building - an award-winning building from the American Institute of Architecture.

The property is completely furnished, and we'll do everything we can to may your visit a pleasant one.

There's lots of room - a thousand square feet includes a large greatroom (living/dining room), kitchen (furnished with a refigerator, stove, and microwave), and a parking space on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you'll also find a large bedroom, with a terrace and queen bed - have breakfast out on your balcony in the morning.

There's also a loft and den where you can snuggle up with a good book, and a sleeper sofa for larger parties.

If you want to relax outside, the townhome features a private patio with beach chairs where you can soak up the afternoon sun.
