This stately Greek Revival mansion was built in 1848 as the private home of Martin Chester Deming. In continuous operation since 1888, it is among America's landmark historic inns. You will enjoy the romance and elegance of the Victorian era in this faithfully restored estate.

We require an advance deposit equal to one night's lodging. Deposits may be made by credit card or personal check. Deposits made by personal check must be received by us within 7 days.
Cancellation &
Refund:
A refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be made if a cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If a last minute cancellation is necessary within 14 days of your scheduled arrival or if you do not cancel, and do not arrive on the scheduled date, or leave early, you will forfeit your deposit unless we are able to sell the room.
