Alondra condo is a privately owned condo in one of Puerto Vallarta's most interesting buildings, in the Los Muertos/Old Town area of Puerto Vallarta.

Often called the "piano building", this architectural gem attracts a lot of smiles. Best of all, the building is very quiet, gay friendly, and has an adult-oriented, romantic ambiance. From the rooftop deck, you have wide-ranging views of the ocean, beaches and surrounding cityscape. We have even seen whales from here at sunset!

The building enjoys great management. Your rental fee includes a friendly English-speaking day Manager, daily maid service and a security guard at night. The building is gated. You will have keys to both the condo and the gate.

We own one of the most popular gay Bed & Breakfasts in downtown Vancouver, Canada. You can expect the same professionalism in this condo rental. We even accept Visa or Mastercard for your convenience.

Alondra is directly behind the shared dipping pool and the bougainvillea that you can see in the outside picture of the building (above). The pool features a soothing daytime waterfall. The deck receives free WIFI, and has a patio table, chairs and comfortable chaise lounges. It's a wonderful location to enjoy breakfast outside, to sun in the afternoon or to relax over an evening cocktail.

From the pool deck, you can look directly down the stairs to the “blue chairs” gay beach – just two minutes walk away. From inside Alondra, you can watch the activity at the pool, enjoy an ocean view and look out over the red-tiled and domed roofs.

This Puerto Vallarta vacation rental condo is non-smoking and has a/c.  There are also quiet ceiling fans in living and bedroom. The great room has 3 three opening windows. Boombox and cable tv are included. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more. Vallarta's water is considered safe but bottled water is available from our Manager.

 A large archway leads into a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed. The bedroom has a grand, arched window, lots of closet space and an in-room safe. We include all towels and linens. The attached bathroom is beautifully tiled and features a shower with an original stained glass window.

This condo is reasonably priced and the location is fantastic. It's one block from the beach and just 3 blocks along cobblestoned streets to the lively Olas Altas neighborhood.. We are close to grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops, internet cafes, and Puerto Vallarta's best restaurants, theater, clubs and bars. Alondra  - where you want to be in gay Puerto  Vallarta!
