Aloha Kapoho has been completely renovated, with emerald granite countertops, new maple hardwood flooring and cabinets, and a new gas stone and mocrowave oven.

The suite also boasts satellite television, wireless internet access, and grat network coverage for AT&T / Cingular mobile phone users!

Aloha Kapoho is also an organic farm - we grow citruis fruits that are sold in local supermarkets. Our farm is called Xanadu Organic, and is the perfect retreat to heal and relax. We're an eighth of a mile from the sea, so you'll hear the ocean as you go to sleep. And you can wander our five full acres to get away from the busy world you left behind.

Aloha Kapoho Guest House is in the Puna District, the tropical, sunny and warm eastern tip of the Big Island. At night, the temperature drops as the trade winds flow in with gentle rain.

We created Aloha Kupoho as a place for reflection and peace, and have spent the last two years renovating the property. We'll be opening our new pool in 2008.

We love Hawaii and the great energy here - it's something you have to com,e and experience. We've lived here for over twenty years, and will be happy to tell you all about the Big Island of Hawai'i and the great things to see and do here.

POLICIES

Cancellation:
In case of cancellation by the renter, he or she shall have right to a full reimbursement (deposit+stay), minus 20% for administrative fees, if the owner is able to rent the property for the same rental period. However, the renter shall have no right to reimbursement if the owner is unable to rent the property for the same rental period. Furthermore, no credit shall be given for late arrivals or early departures. We strongly recommend to purchase a travel insurance, in case your plans change or cannot travel.
