CAPTAIN COOK, BIG ISLAND "
Our Big Island bed and breakfast offers panoramic views of the Kona coast, including Kealakekua Bay and Honaunau Bay. You'll enjoy a great night's rest on our fine linens, with warm Hawaiian breezes rustling through the forest around us. Start your mornings with some of our 100% Kona Peaberry coffee, or some hot organic tea - available day and night from our hot beverage bar. Then enjoy a full breakfast, prepared with locally sourced, high quality organic ingredients on our upper lanai while the sun rises over the Kona coast. If you have any dietary requirements or desires, let us know when you book your stay, so we can accommodate you. Each of our rooms at Aloha Guesthouse has access to our wide common-area lanais, and share fantastic ocean and forest views. Rooms also have private baths with organic bath products. Our guest rooms have queen- or king- sized beds with fine linens and comforters. Each room at our Big Island bed and breakfast has an HD television, with a DVD player and cable TV access. There's also a mini-fridge, where you can put your snacks and cold drinks. And we provide fuzzy slippers and comfortable robes - if you want one to take home, let us know. Even though we're close to the beach, we're fifteen hundred feet above sea level, so we enjoy natural cool mountain and ocean breezes. We're close to the Kona farmer's market - buy some wonderful fresh Hawaiian produce and use our guest kitchenette to make your own meals, or grill up some fresh Hawaiian seafood on our barbeque grill. Our common room has a DVD library, an HD TV, and premium cable access. There's also a computer for guest use with free high-speed Internet access. If you have your own laptop, you can access our wifi network from anywhere in the B&B to check your email, explore Big Island adventure options, or keep in touch with work and the outside world. The beach is just a short drive away - take a couple towels and some beach gear to The Place of Refuge National Historic Park or the Kealakekua Bay Marine preserve. You'll find great snorkling, with thousands of brightly colored tropical Hawaiian fish, magnificent sea turtles, and playful spinner dolphins. Both places are also ideal for ocean kayaking in the clear blue Pacific waters. The Big Island also offers some amazing outdoor opportunities - h Or hike to Kilauea Volcano's active lava flows, or through the Waipo Valley with its many fantastic waterfalls. Or just spend the afternoon on your lanai in one of our comfortable daybeds with a good book, and watch the sun set over the Pacific from our outdoor hot tub. Come to the beautiful Big Island, and stay with us Aloha Guest House.
