The B&B is located in the quarter of Cannaregio, a part of the city that offers an authentic taste of Venetian life and little-known artistic gems.
 
Only a five-minute walk from the train station, within fifteen minutes of Saint Mark's Square, and  even closer to the ancient Jewish Ghetto, this lovely loft is a great base to explore the city on foot and by boat, and to embark towards the history-laden islands of Murano (with its world-famous glass makers), Burano and Torcello.
 
The apartment is on the top floor of a sixteenth-century building. The bed-room reserved for guests is spacious and bright, with its own private deck, air-conditioning, television set, radio, and an adjacent bathroom.
 
I take a particular care preparing the breakfast, you find always fresh bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice, yogurt, brioches, biscuits, müesli, corn flakes, and anything you need for a good breakfast. In the good season, if you like, the breakfast could be served on the terrace, and in the winter season, is served in the kitchen.
 
The service includes pick-up at the closest boat stop, continental breakfast, beddings and towels, and other amenities to make your stay more pleasant.

How to get in Venice:

Airport
From the airport of Venice take the bus number 5 and get off in Piazzale Roma (1 euro)
From the airport of Treviso take the shuttle to Piazzale Roma (4,5 euro)

Car
You can’t drive into the city, you had to park your car. The cheapest way to park a car is to arrive in Mestre, and park in front of the train station (4 euro a day), then take the train for Venice (1 euro. If you want you can also park in Piazzale Roma (19 euro/day)

From Piazzale Roma

On foot
Follow the indications to the train Station (Ferrovia), from there takes only 5 minutes walk.

By boat:
Boat number 42 and 52 from Piazzale Roma and Train station, get off at Guglie. (3,5 euro)
 
From the train station:
From the train station I suggest you to come on foot, it takes only 5 minutes.
You have to turn left out of the station go on along Lista di Spagna way, cross the square (Campo San Geremia) cross the bridge (Ponte delle Guglie) and go on after 20 meters you’ll find a small street on your left, (Calle del Magazen) My house is there.
