Aerie Guesthouse offers Provincetown visitors accommodations for all budgets - from affordable double rooms with shared bathrooms to extravagant two bedroom suites, perfect for romance.

Aerie Guest House is the perfect place to relax - enjoy a great book, or just sit on your balcony and stare out at the bay. Our elegant common room has a warm fire to welcome you in the cooler winter months, and Steve's beautiful orchids are in bloom year-round, courtesy of our greenhouse.

Walk our landscaped grounds and gardens and small on-site vineyard of chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon and concord grapes. Dave makes concord grape jelly that is renowned locally.

Start off the morning with an expanded continental breakfast with fresh baked goods.

Each of our guest rooms has oh-so-comfortable pillow-top mattresses, a/c, refrigerators, coffee makers, cable television, and DVD Players. Some rooms also offer their own fireplaces.

We also offer a DVD library, wireless internet access, bikes for guest yse, a hot tub, laundry facilities, and our own private beach.

We greet guests with complimentary champagne when you arrive. We have guest parking (one space per room), and allow smoking only in the outside ares of the property.

One parking space is available per room and complimentary champagne awaits you upon arrival.

POLICIES

Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold the room. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Personal checks for deposits need to be received within 7 days of making the reservation and at least 14 days prior to arrival. Final payment for the balance is required at check-in and can be paid by credit card or cash. Please note we can not accept personal checks for final payment.

Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a 10% administrative fee. Refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will only be made if the room is rerented for the entire stay less a 10% administrative fee. There are no refunds for No Shows, Cancellations received on day of arrival, or early departures.

Pets:
Aerie Guesthouse extends a welcome to dogs as well as people. There is an additional charge of $10 per night for dogs staying with us. Dogs must be well behaved and get along with people and other dogs as we have two black Labs ourselves.

Smoking is only allowed in outside areas of Aerie Guesthouse. No smoking is allowed in the interior space.
