Admiral's Landing Bed and Breakfast is in the heart of Provincetown, at the corner of Bradford Street and Pearl.

The bed and breakfast has a laid-back, relaxing atmosphere, just moments away from the best restaurants, galleries, shops, clubs and bars in Provincetown.

Admiral's Landing is also a great place to meet new friends from around the world, and to have a good time while you're in Ptown. Our staff can help you make reservations and other arrangements, and can make your vacation in Provincetown something to remember.

Each guestroom has a private bathroom, television and VCR, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephones, and refigerators. The style is eclectic, and each guestroom is unique, and the decorations are by local Provincetown artists.

Admiral's Landing serves a continental breakfast, including of fresh-baked muffins, breads or scones, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, and juice. Have coffee in the morning in the dining room, next to our fireplace or outside on the garden patio.

Although we have minimum stay requirements during the summer months, we often get 1, 2 and 3 night gaps because of the way bookings are made. Please call to check availability.

POLICIES

Deposit:
We require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation. Deposits other than credit cards must be received within (7) seven days after you have made your reservation. Rooms are subject to 9.7% room tax. Please ask for more details.

Cancellation:
There is a 10% Service Charge on all cancellations. Your deposit will be refunded minus 10% if you cancel 21 days prior to your reservation. If you cancel within 21 days, your deposit (90%) is only refundable if we are able to rent the room for the canceled period. Please ask for more details.

Check-In:
2 - 10 PM (arrangements must be made for late check-ins)

Pets:
Pets are not allowed at Admiral's Landing. There is a kennel in town
