A Greek Revival home from the 1860's, Admiral's Landing offers a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, in a convenient central location The decor of our Inn is an eclectic mix of periods and Provincetown art. We offer a wide range of amenities at a good value. We also have 2 studio efficiencies (May-November only).
Each morning begins with our expanded continental breakfast of orange juice, fruit, yogurts, granola, cereals, freshly baked cakes and/or muffins, and a selection of teas and coffee. We now serve a hot egg dish one of our guests named "The Admiral's Cup" (Thanks Jenny!), an egg and hash brown muffin topped with a variety of toppings such as bacon and cheddar, black beans & salsa, linguica and provolone. Relax and chat with other guests at our dining table or enjoy your coffee on our garden patio. In the colder months, you can enjoy the morning paper by the warmth of the fireplace.
Our patio is on the Pearl Street side of the house, where you can enjoy the ever-changing perennial garden -- a great place to read a book or just people watch. Behind the main house, we have a private courtyard and hot tub. A great way to unwind at the end of the day or work on your tan.
If you arrive in Provincetown by air or ferry, we offer pick-up and drop-off service.

We require a 50% deposit. Deposits other than credit cards must be received within (7) seven days after you have made your reservation. Reservations made within (14) fourteen days of arrival can only be held by a credit card. For reservations of (2) two days or less, the full amount of reservation will be charged to your account. Balance is due upon arrival in the form of Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Traveler's Checks. Deposits are pro-rated on a daily basis over the length of your stay. There are no refunds for early departures.
Cancellations:
There is a 10% Service Charge on all cancellations. Your deposit will be refunded minus 10% if you cancel 21 days prior to your reservation. If you cancel within 21 days, your deposit (90%) is only refundable if we are able to rent the room for the canceled period. Please inquire for full details. *Please note that deposits for Holiday or Special Event periods are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the room for the entire period reserved regardless of when the room is cancelled. Trip Cancellation Insurance should be considered if in doubt about your plans.
