POLICIES
Deposit:	To reserve either Sundance or Moondance, a 50% deposit at the time of the reservation and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. All room rates are subject to 6% sales tax. Please inquire about further deposit requirements.
Cancellation:	To cancel your reservation and receive refund for either Sundance or Moondance, we must receive notice of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. With 30 days advance notice of your cancellation, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 bookkeeping fee. If you need to cancel your reservation within the 30 day window of your planned arrival date, we will issue you a refund if your lodging is rebooked by someone else for the same time period (minus a $50 bookkeeping fee).
Children:	We regret that we cannot accommodate children.
Pets:	Dogs who are house broken, friendly and non-destructive are VERY welcome at both Sundance and Moondance.  A non-refundable pet deposit of $50 is required per dog.  We provide a single faux wicker kennel that is perfect for 2 small dogs or 1 medium size dog and ask that you not leave your pet unattended unless he/she is crated.  You are free, of course, to bring personal kennels.
Smoking:	Abundance is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is allowed outside on the porches and patios.
