Abundance is truly distinct, blending natural beauty and luxurious living with the best location in the Texas Hill Country. Sundance Lodge, an elegant and spacious log home and Moondance Cabin, a romantic pine log cabin, are available for weekend, weekday or weekly rentals.
Sundance Lodge has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, accommodates up to 8 guests and is approx. 2800 sq. feet. The Sunrise Suite boasts views of towering Live Oaks and sweeping grounds. The Lily of the Valley Room is high in the treetops, opens to the heavens with skylights and envelops you in fluffy bedding. The Play Room features antique toys, games and books and promises to bring out the kid in you. Sundance also includes a Great Room that is truly great and an inviting pine log Den with overstuffed leather chairs and stone hearth.
Moondance Cabin promises to romance you. A deluxe log cabin that accommodates up to 4, Moondance features the Full Moon Suite with a roomy and charming sleeping/living area appointed with knotty-pine walls, a wood burning stove and a Texas native stone hearth. Your cares will melt away in Moondance's oversized corner whirlpool tub and private cedar sauna. Moondance has a full kitchen with rustic custom pine cabinetry. Moondance is approx. 800 sq. feet

Deposits:
To reserve either Sundance or Moondance, a 50% deposit at the time of the reservation and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. All room rates are subject to 6% sales tax. Please inquire about further deposit requirements.
Cancellations:
To cancel your reservation and receive refund for either Sundance or Moondance, we must receive notice of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. With 30 days advance notice of your cancellation, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 bookkeeping fee. If you need to cancel your reservation within the 30 day window of your planned arrival date, we will issue you a refund if your lodging is rebooked by someone else for the same time period (minus a $50 bookkeeping fee).

Pets:
Dogs who are house broken, friendly and non-destructive are VERY welcome at both Sundance and Moondance. A non-refundable pet deposit of $50 is required per dog. We provide a single faux wicker kennel that is perfect for 2 small dogs or 1 medium size dog and ask that you not leave your pet unattended unless he/she is crated. You are free, of course, to bring personal kennels.
