Cancellation:
We hold a reservation on a credit card with the understanding that no charges will be placed on the card unless the guest cancels less than 10 days prior to arrival, at which time we will charge a 25% cancellation fee. The full balance is payable in cash upon arrival, plus a $200 refundable deposit returnable on the day of departure.
