Come visit us at 312 Seaton Bed & Breakfast, a beautiful Victorian home on a quiet, tree-lined street in the historic Cabbagetown district.

312 Seaton Bed & Breakfast is in a great location, near a number of Toronto’s best tourist attractions, including the downtown business district and the financial district. There are also hundreds of restaurants, bars and clubs nearby.

312 Seaton B&B is perfect for both vacation and business travelers, and we promise to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable. 312 Seaton is one of Toronto's finest bed and breakfasts.

We offer four recently renovated guest rooms, each with a television, a/c, a small refigerator, coffee maker, and comfortable bed. Two of the rooms have four-piece bathrooms, and two rooms share another four-piece bath.

Some guestrooms have VCRs, all rooms have high speed internet, and we can also provide a DVD player on request. And on a beautiful Toronto day, you can open the windows in your room for some fresh sea air.

We also offer free in-room tea and coffee - enjoy a warm beverage in our shaded, peaceful garden.

We're also close to 24 hour public transit (TTC), and there are a number of rental car offices nearby. We're near the airports and Union Station via taxi.

We serve a wonderful gourmet breakfast every day from 8-10 in our dining room. Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when booking.

POLICIES

Reservations:
Single night bookings are charged an additional $20 per room.

Cancellation:
Reservations cancelled at least 10 DAYS prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit, less a $20.00 CDN administration fee. We regret that for cancellations made with less than 10 DAYS Notice, the deposit is non-refundable. Please note the 10 DAYS notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay. No refunds or adjustments after arrival. ‘No shows’ are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.

Pets:
Guests are welcome to enjoy our pets during their stay, however we are unable to accept guests’ pets.

Smoking:
All rooms and common indoor areas are designated Non Smoking.

Parking:
Free private limited "block" parking. This means that parking guests must leave their car key at the desk in order to accommodate letting other guests out of the parking lot.
